Thank you so much for this insightful article. Truly said, if the power of social media sites like Facebook are not fully harnessed, their is much lower chances for a website or blog to find their potential traffic. The overwhelming amount of data that can be extracted from this sites can immensely help to pivot ones strategy. But, as you said, unwise use of these data and tools can rather confuse and produce counter results. Thanks for sharing.
