A lot of people argue that CCTV cameras are inefficient because they are more reactive than proactive. I always argue that people would feel uncomfortable doing crimes around CCTV and if there are guards watching over CCTV cameras, then they could immediately alert employees and authorities and avoid crimes for happening.
