The automated messages that drive me crazy are when I create a customer support ticket and carefully explain everything I have already tried to resolve the problem, but I just get back a message supposed to solve my problem, but it&#039;s obvious they haven&#039;t read the question. 
So for example if they tell me to clear the cache and I have ALREADY cleared the cache! Even worse if I have waited 24 hours or more to receive the &quot;canned response&quot;.
