Agreed, marketing, like most things, is in constant flux. Social media is definitely a game-changer, and having empathy and an authentic relationship with your audience is so important. 

Good point incorporating email marketing--definitely an important addition, too. Having a solid plan for connecting with your audience is key.]]></description>
