Surely, the user numbers change but if you have products to show then you need more visual interaction like Instagram and other platforms. Although on Facebook you can things like live chat options and more content to share.

This is a lovely bit of insight on two of the giant social media platform. Facebook is much more penetrative as compared to Instagram. I have been promoting my business through Facebook and getting good results.
