As per my view, I think its 60/40 or say 55/45 outlook is better than Gmail.

Hi Robin,

I have used Outlook before however, I once forgot my password and it gave a real tough time to reset it. This in a way is good security wise. However, from the user’s point of view it was pretty difficult to retrieve the password. Hence I opted for Gmail.
