The Google Pixel 10, which is slated for a 2025 release, will be powered by the Tensor G5 SoC. This will allow ‘Post-capture Generative AI-Based Intuitive Video Editing of the Photos App’. This feature may even extend to YouTube Shorts.

Additionally, a new AI-powered feature called Speak-to-Tweak may be arriving in the new Pixel 10 for photo editing. Google has also been working on the Sketch-to-Image feature. This feature has been compared to the Samsung Galaxy AI. Furthermore, the Magic Mirror feature may also be making its debut, but there is no information out yet regarding what the feature does. The Tensor G5 may be able to locally support Stabe Diffusion models which may be used for the Pixel Studio app.

Google Pixel 10 and Pixel 11: Leaked Details of the Pixel 11

The upcoming Google Pixel 11 Pro, which is expected to hit the stores in 2026, will feature a “next-gen” telephoto camera. This camera will utilise the hardware in combination with the Pixel’s AI features for that impressive 100x zoom. This 100x zoom will be applicable for both videos and cameras. The Pixel 11’s Cinematic Blur will also be receiving a new update with 4K 30 FPS, along with a ‘Video Relight’ that switches between lighting conditions when taking videos indoors. The Cinematic Rendering Engine found in the Tensor G6’s processor decreases the power draw by blur recording by 40%.

The Pixel 11 will also feature the Ultra Low Light which has also been referred to as Night Sight. Although the Night Sight is an already existing feature, the processing is reliant on the cloud. However, with the Pixel 11, it will work on the device itself.

It is unclear whether this new launch will remain a South Korean exclusive or if it will be available to other countries later in the year. Meanwhile, the Special Edition is priced at $2,025, marking a $124 price increase. This new Special Edition can be purchased at Samsung’s Korean website or in select stores in the country. It will be available for purchase starting this week on October 25. 

The new Z Fold is only available in one colour, Black Shadow. Some of the exciting new features in the Special Edition also include a larger display. The foldable phone by Samsung has an external display of 6.5 inches and the width measures to be 8 inches while folded. In addition to the size increase, the Z Fold’s camera also comes with a new enhancement. The camera features a 200MP primary camera to give the best and crispest picture quality.

Motorola also increased its 5G shares in the CALA (Caribbean and Latin America), North America, MEA, and India.

Samsung and Apple are the top dominators in the luxury smartphone market. Both of these companies have a dedicated customer base and provide quality high-end devices across the country as well as globally. Samsung holds over 73% of the market share and Apple accounts for 26% in the first quarter of the year. The second quarter of 2024 saw an increase in Apple’s market share, accounting for 39%. Samsung on the other hand decreased to 59%. The other brands in the Indian market have insignificant market shares with just around 1-2%.

Samsung has unveiled the Samsung Galaxy Quantum 5 which will be a South Korean exclusive launch. It will therefore only be available in South Korea and can only be available for purchase in the country. 

The Samsung Galaxy Quantum 5 is an improved version of the Galaxy A55. This new version of the Galaxy A55 comes with enhanced security as well as newly added AI functions and capabilities. The new launch comes as a collaboration with SK Telecom, a telecom carrier from South Korea. 

The Galaxy Quantum 5 is priced at KRW 618,200 and it comes bundled with a free silicone case from the company. Additionally, a YouTube Premium subscription of two months and a six-month free subscription of Microsoft 365 Basic is a part of the package. Users will also be given a YES24 Crema Club Standard plan.

Samsung Galaxy Quantum 5: Main features of the phone 

This new Samsung release utilises a QRNG (Quantum Random Number Generator) chip called the S2Q000. This chip when combined with Samsung Knox provides the phone with strengthened security especially when used in payment and bank apps. 

The Galaxy Quantum 5 has a 6.6 Super AMOLED screen and an impressive HD+ resolution. This display quality paired with the phone’s 120Hz refresh rate results in the best viewing experience. The phone’s front camera is 32MP while the back camera is 50MP. In addition, the Quantum 5 can record full 4K 30fps videos. It also has approximately 128GB of storage and 8GB RAM.
