This feature provides an AI-generated summary of the X user and this feature can only be accessed by paid subscription account holders. Paid subscription accounts can view the More About This Account feature when they fly their cursor over a different account’s handle.

Furthermore, Grok also provides users with information about the account but there are some that the feature itself has not been met with many positive responses. It has been deemed as underwhelming as the responses provided by Grok are sometimes inaccurate.

Furthermore, this feature has also been criticized for not providing further information beyond an account’s bio.

It has been documented by users online that the feature does not work 100% of the time, often giving users wrong information. However, X has also given a disclaimer for the inaccuracy of the new feature. X has stated that Grok 1.5 is premature and prone to making mistakes.

X formally known as Twitter, released Grok 1.5 back in May 2024 but it has been under development since 2023. Grok was created as a response by Elon Musk towards the popular AI chatbot, ChatGPT.
