Write Brief with AI has been added to the list of AI WordPress tools to help users enhance their writing and increase the readability scores of the user content. This tool is available for self-hosted WordPress websites. Automattic, the company that owns WordPress launched this new tool as a part of Jetpack.

Write Brief With AI is currently available as a beta version in Jetpack. So websites are required to be connected to the Jetpack plugin version 13.7 or version after to use this new tool.

Write Brief with AI and Its Functions

This new tool assists users in creating and constructing content through the use of text prompts. Suggestions are also made to change or adjust the tone of the content to appear in certain ways. By using this tool, WordPress points out to the user that they may be using too many words to express something. Overly descriptive texts are suggested to be avoided. Users can tap on the Suggest option to make the sentence simple and short.

This feature also provides insights to improve their readability scores along with a grade score for comparison. WordPress has stated also that a readability score of 8-12 should ensure higher levels of readability.

Write Brief With AI also analyses the ‘confidence’ of a word in the content and offers users replacements of the word. Assertive words are then offered to users as replacements.

Write Brief With AI is an excellent tool integrated into WordPress. It effortlessly streamlines the user’s writing and editing process. It is currently only available in the English language, though this feature may be expanded to more languages in the future.
