Nice post.
Creating a business on a tight budget is really possible but if you have the opportunity, nowadays, I would spend a few hundreds bucks in advertising, at the beginning. Of course, I would suggest to spend money first on a good course that will help understand the basics of the online business. Then, networking with like-minded people and try to build your audience. The most important thing is to choose a specific niche and become an authority.

This is the time when everybody should work on creativity.
You rightly said, if we have creativity we can start a business within the budget limits. Also, as you mentioned about the mentors, without mentor-ship we cannot achieve our long term goals, so mentor-ship is also very important.
