Zoe Clifford, a member of the rendering team at Google had discussed Google’s management of websites heavy on JavaScript. This discussion was held alongside John Mueller and Martin Splitt from Search Relations in the latest episode of the ‘Search Off the Record’, a Google-owned podcast.

Rendering also requires a lot of resources, but it is still important for better and fuller indexing. Google has confirmed that it includes all websites in its search results, even those websites that use Javascript. 

Google Renders All Pages: Further Detail 

The tech company indexes the content and the result will only be seen later when the JavaScript has been carried out and the website is running smoothly. This allows developers to gain more freedom in handling websites with heavy JavaScript. 

Due to Google’s support of JavaScript-heavy webpages, developers gain more flexibility/freedom. Therefore, it is considered wise to emphasize developing quick, easy and operationally effective websites that can be used by everyone. 

According to Zoe Clifford, Google allows indexing content as users would only notice after the JavaScript has been carried out and fully loaded. In addition, all HTML-based pages can be rendered except PDFs and similar types.
