4. Another thing that you can do is use an import function from the Digg.com setting. When you choose to import, it will ask you to upload data, and if you have any data to upload, then you can or skip it. After skipping it will request a URL of your website. So, submit your site, it works like RSS feed that means once you have submitted your site to Digg, you need not submit the link again to the site.
   It will automatically get the content from your website when updated.
